Sarah Callahan

Sarah Callahan is Chief Operating Officer at Bauwerk, responsible for construction operations, supply chain management, and multi-site programme delivery across the group's European portfolio.

Sarah joined Bauwerk in 2011 from a major logistics real estate developer where she led construction delivery across a 14-site development programme. She has been instrumental in building Bauwerk's operational infrastructure, including the introduction of the group's project management systems and supply chain accreditation framework.

• Over 18 years of experience in construction operations and programme management.
• Led the implementation of Bauwerk's ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Responsible for managing a supply chain network of over 200 accredited subcontractors.
• Oversees all site mobilisation, health and safety compliance, and quality assurance processes.
• MSc in Construction Project Management from University College London.
• Board member of the European Construction Industry Federation (FIEC) working group on operational standards.
