details

Data centre construction demands a level of coordination and precision that goes beyond standard commercial construction. Programme certainty, quality of installation, and commissioning rigour are non-negotiable on critical infrastructure projects.
The structural frame was designed and built to accommodate the concentrated load requirements of UPS systems, battery banks, and generator sets. Floor loading zones were coordinated with the MEP design team at pre-construction stage to eliminate costly structural revisions during the build.
- Reinforced concrete frame with enhanced floor loading specification
- Coordinated structural zones for critical power and cooling plant
- Raised access floor system throughout all white space areas
Critical power and cooling
The critical power infrastructure includes 24MW of UPS capacity across four independent systems, six 4MW diesel generator sets, and a comprehensive busbar distribution network. The precision cooling installation covers a full row-based cooling architecture with N+1 redundancy across all white space zones.
- 24MW UPS capacity with four independent power paths
- Six 4MW diesel generator sets with 72-hour fuel storage
- Row-based precision cooling with N+1 redundancy throughout
White space and commissioning
White space fit-out was delivered in four phases to enable early occupation of the first hall ahead of the overall practical completion date. Full integrated systems testing was completed in accordance with Tier III operational sustainability requirements.
"Delivered on programme with zero compromise on quality or commissioning standards. Exactly the partner we needed for a project of this criticality."
