What is your approach to health, safety, and sustainability?

We operate under an ISO 45001-aligned health and safety management system on all sites. Sustainability is integrated into our pre-construction process: we target BREEAM, LEED, or equivalent certification on commercial projects where required, and we actively manage carbon, waste, and energy performance across our supply chain. All sites operate with a full environmental management plan.

Do you self-deliver or use subcontractors?

We self-deliver core civil and groundworks packages including earthworks, drainage, structural concrete, and enabling works. Specialist packages such as structural steel, MEP, facades, and fit-out are procured from an approved supply chain of vetted subcontractors. All subcontractors are managed directly by our site team under formal subcontract agreements.

How do you manage programme and reporting on large projects?

Every project operates with a detailed baseline programme produced in Asta Powerproject or Primavera P6. We provide monthly programme updates, four-week lookaheads, and written progress reports to the client team. For major projects, we offer a dedicated client dashboard with real-time programme and cost status updates.

What contract types do you work under?

We are experienced in working under JCT, NEC3, NEC4, and FIDIC contract forms, as well as bespoke developer contracts. We offer fixed-price lump sum, guaranteed maximum price (GMP), and construction management contract structures depending on the client's procurement strategy and project risk profile.

Do you offer equipment rental without a construction contract?

Yes. Our plant hire division operates independently from our construction business. We provide short and long-term rental of excavators, loaders, compactors, dumpers, and specialist attachments directly to contractors, civil engineering firms, and developers. No construction contract is required. Operator supply is available on request.
