The Vantage office campus required the coordination of four simultaneous building programmes across a constrained urban site, with the added complexity of two levels of underground car parking beneath the shared podium.
The substructure programme included secant pile retaining walls around the full basement perimeter, extensive dewatering, and a reinforced concrete basement structure across the complete site footprint. The basement programme was critical path throughout the first twelve months of construction, managed with daily monitoring and weekly client reporting.

Superstructure and facades
Each of the four office towers uses a post-tensioned flat slab frame with a unitised curtain wall facade system. The facade specification achieved an A-rated EPC and BREEAM Excellent certification. Rooftop photovoltaic arrays and rainwater harvesting systems were integrated into the building design from the outset.

Podium, public realm, and handover
The shared amenity podium houses a restaurant, auditorium, gym, and cycle hub. Public realm works included a new urban square, tree planting, and permeable paving. Practical completion was achieved on programme and within the agreed GMP contract sum.
